Websites that pay you on your article posting

Hello!
I am looking for some websites that pay you for posting your article rather than paying you for the number of views or clicks. I know the articles will have to be approved before posting and that the amount you receive is based on the quality on your article, so I am looking for a reasonable site that pays okay. Does anyone know of any sites like this? Thank You!

Review Stream pays for reviews per post, full rate is $2.50 for some reviews and the bulk rate is $0.50 and your review has to be at least 250 words long and contain mostly your opinion and has to at least try to have correct spelling and grammar.
