Regarding My Paypal Account

I have already a paypal account number; and this is what I did: because I don't know how to register, I click the FAQ first then I found there click here if you have already a paypal account. When I provided the information, they ask for the state (USA) but I live here in the Philippines and so I didn't click it; same also with my zip code and telephone number (landline). To make the story short,my application was rejected. How can I get paid if this is the case. The Philippines zip code numbers are four digits not the same as in the USA. What is wrong with the four digits zip code? I hope anybody out there will help me with this problem. I hope myLot.com administrator will advice me what to do.

help you get it all straightened ou t.
