My computer won't let me download it. Norton says it's not safe and removes it!

Cash Gopher is considered to be unsafe because of the way it works. The name should give an idea on what it does. In part it measures our Internet activities.
If you think you trust Cash Gopher then I would like to suggest the use of a different Internet Security suite. Visit www.matousec.com to help you decide the next Internet Security suite that you should choose. Look at Norton's position. The web site is independent, not sponsored by any computer security company.

I have my AVG pro and Malwarebytes PRO turned on, but I didn't get that warning. So in my opinion it must be safe. PLUS it is from MyLot and I trust this site.

Don't worry, its perfectly save. The warning is shown for almost all the softwares you download from the internet. I have a NOD 32 antivirus running on my system which is one of the best softwares available. No threat have been detected so far.
