Which is cheaper to buy: House or Lot?

I can understand you current situation. On one hand, you want to use money more efficient on purchasing a new house and the houses you visted is not satisfied. On the other hand, you do not want to pay lease monthly and get nothing finnally. It is dilemma circumstance. :) Seems, everyone want to have a dream house, unfortunately, it comes up one next another. For me, I like to remodel my current house or make it look better. If you really have extra money, own a new house, which may not a dream house type, but it is easy to sell and make money, is a good idea. good luck~!

hello vhienne, im a property consultant..hope i can help you with your question If you buy a house and lot package you will be saved from the worries of buying the materials to be used, labor and time of building a house--this is a wise idea if the price of the property you are buying is a good rate, but if it is too expensive you might wanna check out other houses that have a good price. people on the other hand buy lot only for starters if they dont have enough budget for a house and lot package or they have a specific design in their mind that they want to build..in your case you have to lay down first all your pros and cons in buying a property id be hapy to help you more if you want me to..just beep me up

Hi vhienne, in my opinion its really nice to buy a lot and put up your own house. Advantage of that is that you can have your own house preferences just hire or get a professional architect that will help on that, you can also save almost (50%) 50 percent for that rather than getting a house and lot in a village or subdivisions.
