What is the best exercise for a Cesarean patient who wants to flatten her belly?

My cousin with a 7-month-old son asks me how to flatten her belly since it still looks like a big balloon. I think she needs an overall fitness program just to flatten her belly. Can anybody recommend her a routine?

i had two sections and with the first one, i just found that walking really helped me lose weight. i put the baby into the carriage and walked. also, watching what she eats is pretty important too.

I never had a C-Section, so I don't know if she would be ready. The first thing she should do is ask her doctor if she has any limits. If not the best way, besides watching her calorie intake are crunches and leg lifts..These are what I do and when I am consistent, (3 times a week) it works..
