Can you have more than one browser and how do you do it?

I have heard a lot of people talking about different browsers and which ones are best, fastest, easiest to use, etc. I have also heard that you cannot access some sites with specific browsers; so, it sounds like you should have more than one in case there is a site that you want to access which will not accept your browser. I am not real "tech savvy" ; so, if I could get some assistance in easy to understand language I would appreciate it. Can you have more than one browser on a single computer? How do you set them up? Is one an automatic default or do you have to select your browser every time you go onto the internet? How do you switch browsers? Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Hi, yes you can have as many browsers you want on your PC provided your memory capacity is huge enough to accommodate everything. Currently , i'm using explorer and mozilla firefox. I did try chrome but for some reason, it slowed my PC so i had to uninstall it. i don't know if its allowed here but you can go to downloads.com and search for firefox and download then install it , during the process, you will be ask if you want it to be your default browser meaning any time you open a website , say nba, it will automatically use mozilla firefox, you can customize it . you can see some add ons on it like themes and such. yes we can have as many browsers as we want. The reason is simple. Browsers have different vendors and also have different functionalities. Which are in some cases very useful in different choices and usage. I use chrome a lot. But some time when chrome does not give me functionalities I prefer Mozilla or some time opera.

Yeah, just install the browser and run it. I have four browsers on my computer. If you need more specific help I can give it.

Yes i have more than one browser installed on my system.. reason is that sometimes one browser doesn't work properly.. or some scripting ask for another browser.. so it is necessary to have more than one browsers..
