Are you against zoo?

Zooes are a good thing, as long as the workers take care of the animals. Zoos are very educational and it's interesting to go look at the animals and learn about them. We all can't go to Africa to learn about lions and zebras, so we go to the zoo and learn about them there.

I LOVE going to the Zoo and looking at the animals! The animals there are actually really well taken care of (it's law) and there's a veterinarian there on a daily basis to ensure the safety and comfort of the animals. The only "sad" part about it is that smaller enclosers on some animals. In my Zoo, though, none of the animals have an enclosure that's too small for their living habitat and they even close off parts of the Zoo if it's not good for the animals.

Dear friend, I do feel that zoos are good provided the zoo authorities makes sure that the animals and birds or any other living things kept there should be well taken care. Moreover I feel that most zoo take care well of these animals better. If they do so I am in support of zoos. Moreover other people could also see those zoo aniams in real.

You have a point. Its sad to see those animals in cages when in fact they are suppose to be in the wild. I think its better that we dont have zoos in our area rather and deprive those animals with their nature.

Hi thebest1! glad you started this discussion. The lion in the zoo is no more the Lion-King it is the king of the jungle not of the zoo. They are meant to be in jungle not in the zoo. Even if they are well taken care of i don't think they should be kept there. It is like keeping a bird in the cage. I think their freedom is in the Jungle.What do you think?
