finally done with my wardrobe

I had so much time on hand for yesterday and thus i decide to do something about my wardrobe. As i'm clearing it, i found so much rubbish in it, from new clothes (not worn before) to clothes wearing only once, and that few regular favourites of mine. I filter them out, and i realise i actually wasted so much money in buying things i did not even use and wear! That aside, the other thing i realise is, i did not have a proper ironed top in my wardrobe!! I was kinda shocked, because i did not expect it to be like that, when what i wore to office, has always been straightened! By time, i know my mom is always the one helping me with the ironings, and she knows my regular outfits, in order to ensure i dressed properly for work. However that site in my wardrobe still shocked me, and i decide to bring out everything, iron them all in one go!

That seems like a lot of things to iron, but I am sure you felt better after you ironed everything that was in your wardrobe. My husband and I organized our clothes in our closet so that we could get them to better, they still have the same semblance of organization, but could probably use a little tidying up to get back to organization. We don't wear everything in our closet but keep it for the chance that we will wear it eventually. We did reorganize our chest not too long ago and took some shirts to storage that we weren't going to wear anytime soon but wanted to keep.

Yup and I'm so glad to clear everything in there. I have the mindset as u, as in clothes stores in there would be worn someday, but when will that day ever come? I only hope I won't be wasting any money in buying things whereby I don't use yet taking up space and end up throwing it a coupe of years later.

Even if you do end up throwing it out you could give it to an organization where people can buy or give the clothes away, or you could cut it up and use it for other things such as dust rags or to wash the car with.

That's a nice way of recycling those stuffs. MAybe i should sell it away as 2nd hand clothes instead?? Making a mini business out of it?

I'm doing that now. There will be volunteers coming around every month, asking for old stuffs and that's where I start clearing out if I have the time.

haha =D That's one good news for u!! At least u have the time and initiative to do it!! For me? I do have the time at times, but i always prefer to wait, wait for the right mood to come along before clearing everything!! hehe My wardrobe should be in a bigger mess than yours because some of my clothes are as old as 3 years back, yet they are still being stuffed in some corner of the wardrobe!! haha =D Though i cant see them as for now, but i know they are hiding in there.. hehe
