Nero Audio CD burning issue.

I am trying to make my own audio CD compilation of my favorite songs from different CD albums. I am using the software Nero Start Smart v8.3.7.1. I was able to burn the audio CD successfully and the audio CD runs smoothly on my PC and DVD player. However when I pop the CD into the CD player in my car, my car CD player is only able to read track 1 and unable to read the rest of the tracks. Can you guys help me with this issue? May be somebody out there has experienced a similar issue and know the solution.
