3g phones

Hello In my city in Orissa, the 3G facility was provided in October 2010, i bought a Nokia having this compatibility, i can do video chatting, but the problem is the persons at the other end must have one 3G compatibilty set.. If you have a HDSPA flat fee internet subscription then sure it can be a good replacement for regular internet. However make sure you do not cross your fair use policy limit.
