paypermails.com...is this legit or scam?

is this really a legit site...I saw this in one of the profiles and it sounds like a scam site...I mean $500 sign up bonus...feedbacks please..

Any offer that sounds too good to be true should be avoided. $500 sign up bonus is attractive but unbelievable. Only a fool will allow himself to be scammed by such kind of offer. So beware, that paypermails.com is certainly a scam.
