I saw this ad on Better Homes and Gardens on Hydroxycut to loose weight. Has anybody tried this? Can you please provide feedback why you would or would not recommend taking it? What other weight loose pills have you used that has been effective?

Do not believe in all these things, there are plenty of products such as pills, tablets, medicines, equipment and real as if there would be no overweight people. Also it is a great waste of money. The most desirable, is to go to a specialist or a nutritionist, and you make a plan with all the steps and foods you can eat, very active, very athletic if you are not the mere fact of walking helps a lot and have a lot of perseverance, self-bias and to comply with all who advise us if you have problems and metabolic control in foods.

I tried Hydroxycut a few years ago. I only bought one bottle. I used the bottle and never really saw any results. I didn't buy anymore. The only real way to lose weight is to consume less calories and burn more calories than you consume. I don't think taking pills to lose weight is very good for you. I have heard of too many people having things like heart problems from these kind of pills.

I would not use a diet pill. I would recommend trying to exercise more and eat more filling things, as well as fruits. Have fruit shakes as a breakfast meal instead of eggs and sausage, or even besides cereal. Things like oatmeal and grits are healthier then some of the cereals they have on the market. Go with cheerios and things like that if you like to eat cereal or are in a hurry. Don't eat too much bread as it can make you plumper. Have filling meals, and don't eat after 9 pm if you can help it.

If you want to lose money, you can buy it. If you want to lose weight, eat less and exercise more. Diet pills don't work, and some of them are dangerous.
