Do Surf Junky really pays or not?

I have joined surf junky three years ago and I stop doing it because there are many negative post about this site. They have not paid me because I just stop doing it. many people are saying it's scam and I think they are right. There are also some people who never get paid. It is actually waste of time. And don't' get your hope up. I am sorry that you already earn that big amount and yet get disappointed by it. I just wonder why this site is still up and running even if it scam a lot of people in the internet. Why don't they report it to some proper authorities.
