Redgage.com Prepaid Visa Card Question.

I apologized if this was asked already. I recently came across a social site called Redgage.com. I was thinking of using it to promote my articles from other sites (such as AC & Bukisa). But then I noticed that you can earn money on Redgage as well. When you hit $25.00, you can cash out for a $25.00 Redgage Prepaid Visa Card. You keep the card for future cash outs, and the card will be reloaded whenever you cash out. There is a 5% first transaction deduction fee that comes off of the card. I did a little more research & saw a few users mention that after six months of having this card, there is a monthly fee of $3.00. So this brings me to a few questions... 1. Is this true (I'm sure it is, but I thought I would still ask)? 2. Does this $3.00 fee come off of the card or do I have to pay for it out of pocket? 3. What happens if there are a few months where I do not have any money on the card? Do I then have to pay the monthly fee out of my own money? Or does it add up and come off the card when I reload it (for example, if there are two months where I do not have any money on the card and then I do reload it, will it take out $6.00 or $9.00 -for the two months plus the month I reloaded it- instead of $3.00?)? I hope that last one made sense. Sometimes it sounds better in my head, & then I type it & word it wrong lol. But anyways, I have not joined Redgage.com yet. I wanted to research it more and make sure that I did not have to pay anything out of my own pocket (for me, it's one thing to take the money off of the card. But it is another if I have to pay for it myself). I want to understand better how this card works. So I was asking around, and I thought I would ask here. Thank you very much!

I am a member of RedGage and I have never heard of the Prepaid Visa Card. I have been paid once by them and I still have the card. There's actually no way they can take money out of your pocket for the fee anyway as they don't have any info to do so. I use RedGage for backlinks to my other sites and to get a little traffic. I'm pretty close to getting another pay out so I'll be able to see if there's a fee or not. If so they would have to take off the the payout.

I heard it was a prepaid Visa card, but maybe I was wrong. I didn't join yet, but I am thinking about it. I think the 5% deduction comes off the card. But wasn't sure about the $3.00 fee after the first six months. I didn't think about that, them not having the information to take the money from us. I didn't know if they would tell us to send in the $3.00 ourselves somehow. If it only comes off of the card, then I may go ahead & join it. I was going to use it for the same reason, to get traffic to my articles. But if they're paying, I thought I'd try to get some information on it lol, especially on what happens if there is no money on it when the fee is due. Thanks for your help!

Oh. Yeah I didn't either when I was looking it up, but then when I did more research, I saw it mentioned a few times on article or review sites [I don't quite remember which ones now]. I don't think they make you pay the fee until after the first 6 months. I did email them, but I have not received a response yet. But it was only last night that I emailed them to ask.
