hmmmm, now i know that you have poems hidden in your closet hehehehe. why you have to hide it? That is a very rare talent you got. You shouldnt be ashamed of it. But if contains some confessions on how you feel, like for example the hidden desire/feelings to someone (say regan-- just kidding):D or that you hated some of your friends then Try to use names that no one can relate it to you and sign up to some websites where you can post/publish your poems. you can even earn from it.

should you wish to remain anonymous to all of your writings and poems, then come up with a pseudonym or a pen name. in this way, you'll have no apprehensions of having your work be associated to the real you.

Well, I know that a lot of writers don't like it when family members read their work. I would use a pen name to have my stuff published. you shouldn't be ashamed, there's nothing wrong with trying to express or show your talents as a writer.
