It's really stressful in applying for a call center job.
My first experience, I passed the hiring process and was able to reach up to communication skill training. I failed in versant exam because I was nervous. My second experience, I applied for a non-voice account, I got hired and I passed the communication skill training and exam. After a week of training, we are informed that it's really a voice account not a non voice account. I did not pursue my employment to that company. I was not ready for voice account because I felt nervous taking live calls. My last experience, I failed in initial interview because I mispronounced the word "SCHEDULE".
I stop applying for a call center job. However, I never give up looking for another opportunities like joining online program that you will earn extra income. I did research online and I found out that there are former call center agents who resigned from their call center job because they found success on their online income opportunities.
