Even if I hate it... I Miss it

there are a lot of things that we dislike, despise or hate during the past but when time flies by and we're free of those things we suddenly find ourselves reminiscing over them and then we realize we actually MISS those days.
"Remember the good old days?" although they weren't exactly that good.
"Do you still remember your days at school?" you know when you struggle to get a passing grade and imagine torturing your teachers while you listen to them? or when you hated going to school, waking up early?
this may be a little early for me to reminisce over things, since i'm a new graduate but being in the midst of a student and an adult (who works to live) you can't help but compare life before and now and what's going to be. And knowing that finally you're out of the comfort zone and you're making a living for yourself makes you think of the past. good or bad they've helped shaped you as you are. and honestly, even the bad things are worth remembering, there were still something good that happened along with the bad right?

Yes i agree with you completely.
Life may not seem to give us what we wants right now but definitely in the future we would be sitting and thinking to ourselves that what glorious past everyone has had. I would be myself surprised to learn that there were a lot of tings i could have done in the past but i didn't or i couldn't do it. Maybe because of fear or something else.
But hey whenever we are in a stuck up situation we would definitely think of the past commenting on how would it have been had we done this or maybe how beautiful life was then and now its... something like that.
And regarding bad things i bet that there is something good in them also that makes it worthwhile to others and ourselves also at the same time. A good student can learn more from a bad teacher than a bad student from a good teacher.
Cheers!
