triond and bukisa confusion

No you can't. Articles to be submitted to Bukisa or Triond should all originals. You can publish one article, say to Triond and then try to rewrite that article and publish it to Bukisa, that way, you have two articles submitted just one thoughts of contents. Inform me about your articles so I can read and rate it to Bukisa or Triond okey.

Yes you can. Have Triond approved it first then publish it on Bukisa. However, I notice that not all articles you submit in Bukisa will be accepted/approved even if they have been approved in Triond, especially when it promotes personal interest.

Triond insists that the articles you publish with them are unique and original. I don't think that Bukisa is so fussy. This means that you should always publish on Triond first and then, once your article has been accepted and published (let us say, for a week), you can then submit it to other sites, publish it on your blog/webpage &c.
If you do it the other way round, Triond will very likely refuse your articles.
