Watching Television

Hi Kartik it's wrong, but some time watch TV show, because given the knowledge.

HI, I do let my son watch TV everyday,his favourite cartoon,Ultraman. Of course, I don't allow him to sit in front of the TV for long. I have limited his time on TV and let him play with his toys, read storybooks or learn colouring and writing. Once a while, I will let him watch Barney vcds,it is an educational vcds and I myself also accompany him ,automatically, I have learnt lot of nursery songs from there. I don't really set the time limit per day for my son on watching TV...but at least not more than 2 hours in a day. Sometimes, when I need to do my things in kitchen and in order to make him sit still, I have to on his favourite cartoon and at least,he can enjoy his show for half an hour without disturbing me. TV is a kind of entertainment for kids.As long as, we take the control on them,it should be fine.

am not thinking so..... we can't tell tv is an idiot box.... i the idiotic thing is how we are making use of it..... there are lots things there to study for children ...... so we have to make use of that good thing with television.....
