How much lighting should i need for my planted aquarium?

Presently i have added a foreground plant-Baby tears [M.Umbrosum] and removed all other plants. But this plant requires a lot of lighting right? so now i have a [12W CFL] + [15W, 13 inches long florescent tube] How much more should i add?
