Do you eat breakfast everyday?

Good day to you Fellow Mylotter,
There are times especially during weekdays, we are alway in hurry to fix our selves and prepare our things. For this reason, breakfast is sometimes neglected. However, to some, they are just bringing it to their office. Wherein, they will just eat their breakfast the moment they reach their workplace.
How about you, do you eat breakfast everyday? At what time do you usually eat your breakfast?

I have breakfast every working day because if i don't have it i will feel no energy at all . But on weekends, it is ignored sometimes. Breakfast is very important, i hope i can stick to it!

Well yes now I do eat breakfast everyday because if I don't my stomach will growl and that would be embarrassing and I don't want that to happen to me again my friend also eats breakfast everyday because of what happened to her in class her stomach started to growl and it was really quiet in there so you could pretty much here her stomach it was hard for me to hold in my laugh, but I managed I just chuckled a bit.

Yes,almost everyday I take my breakfast at home. Because everyday I cook for my kids and for my patner before i go to work. We usually took our breakfast around 8:00 in the morning.

Yes,I always eat breakfast after washing my face and rinsing my mouth. Eating habit is a good habit. I know a lot of people neglecting breakfast who suffer stomach trouble,so breakfast is a very important for your health.

Sometimes when I'm in a rush, I skip breakfast. My earliest breakfast time is in the 8am range. Latest is about 9 to 10. To me, breakfast is important as it keeps you energized so that you'll have the mood to do your work. Somehow or rather, I have a weird problem. When I have something on later, I'll get quite tensed and I'll start having stomachache. I don't know why this is it but perhaps it's just a work of the mind.

Hi,
yes, I eat my breakfast every morning.
For weekdays, I prefer to have something light and quick in
preparation, I guess bread with jam is the most convenience one.
I will also drink a cup of hot tea with my bread.
When I have extra time,then I will make sandwiches for my
breakfast.
On weekends, I am more free and sometimes I will cook congee
for my breakfast,it is great to eat with century egg,salted duck egg,
bakebeans,etc.. a light healthy breakfast.
Once a while, I will cook wantan noodles on weekends.
it is important not to skip breakfast,no matter how busy you are.
Always eat something light and never leave your stomach empty in the
morning.

I was always brought up with the sayin '#Breakfast like a king and dine like a beggar' - meaning that you should eat a more substantial morning meal than one late at night, and I have always known that breakfast is indeed the most important meal of the day. After a long timewithout eating your blood sugar levels will be low and so it is really important for your health to eat well.
I am a trained Home Economist and done a lot of dietary studies and I find so many people who when they are 'on a diet' think that skipping breakfast is a good idea, but it is not!! Eating a good breakfast and can actually help you lose weight by kick-starting your metabolism; if you do skip breakfast when dieting or watching your weight it can mean that your body will start to crave something sweet and then you end up snacking on unhealthy foods.
However if you do start your day with a good filling and nutritious meal you will feel full until lunchtime and will have no temptation to snack your way throughout the morning.
It has recently been proven that eating breakfast with protein and carbohydrates can make you more alert and assertive to face the day.

breakfast is good! i love breakfast food! from toast, pancakes, waffles, tapsilog (filipino breakfast fried marinated beef strip, fried rice and egg), pandesal (small sweet bread). all of it! love it!
and it is the most important meal of the day!

I like to have breakfast everyday cause it critical to body health, but sometimes I don't have enough time to do that on workdays. At weekends I get up near midday so also don't have breakfast. After all it's a bad habit that I would like to change to keep health.

I usually skip breakfast everyday. On working days(mon-fri) i am usually in a hurry and i intend to skip the breakfast. I used to have breakfast at 7.00 am. I am now used to it ,though skipping breakfast is not a good move but if encouraged daily it becomes a habit. Sometimes when you have the time to have breakfast you intend to skip it as a habit. So skipping breakfast is not a good idea.HAPPY MYLOTTING....

Since I am not headed out the door, it is easy for me to get breakfast everyday. Elven if I was in a hurry, I would have coffee, and a piece of fruit. Maybe a granola bar, or yogurt. I really like a larger breakfast than that, and I eat lighter later in the day.

Hi dear,
Breakfast is an important meal which we should not ignore. As you said, there are various excuses to avoid the breakfast. After a long hours of sleep, our body comes into active. So in this time, to revitalize the body system water (liquid) and food is a compulsory factor.
As our body power is sufficient enough to manage the body energy maintenance, we will not feel the pinch of the same. But advisably recommended by physicians and others about having importance of breakfast.
Some people would have heavy breakfast and lighten the lunch. Different people are habituated with their own practice and maintains it well. But all should know the importance of having breakfast and regardless of time limit or any other reasons, manage to have some food in the morning.

Yes,i eat breakfast everyday sometimes bread with egg or hotdog, pancakes, etc but always with a cup of hot coffee :) i usually eat breakfast around 6:30 am . even on sundays, i still eat breakfast since i've been told you shouldn't skip breakfast being the most important meal of the day :)

i eat breakfast everyday. i can't remember a morning without breakfast.
i have a really hearty appetite that's why i never skipped every meal and sometimes, i eat more than 3 times a day.

Of course! I eat breakfast everyday.I can't focus myself on work if i don't have it,i hate that hungry feeling.Usually ,i eat it at 8am.
Sometimes,i wake up too late in the morning but i still bring it to my office.
Have breakfast on time in every morning is a habit,just keep it!
