Do you think China is silently supporting Pakisthan?

Already the China's support for pakisthan has been in the recent news, and currently China has told that their army is not supporting pak istead they are amking rescue operation in connection with the flood happened there.
how can we belive it. From the news i understood is that they are supporting pak to make tunnels to get in to our area.
and they China says that they helped in the rescue operation of reconstructing the high way roads in pak-kashmir.
Pakisthan refused the helping hands from India in connection with the recent flood happened there, and they accepted the helping hands from China??
so what does it prove?
I think Pakisthan is making a big deal with China silently.
now China is almost growing as our enemy.
the only good thing i view here is, from this issue USA will not support pak because they are getting the help from China.
so what ddo you think, is China silently building army tactics to harm India? will it be effective??

In this kind of scenario....friends are not friends and enemies are enemies...therefore a Country tends to feels ravaged and isolated on all fronts...It's the citizen's of that outraged country, that should wake up and stand together in the times of crisis....in short your question is more like a statement and I do agree to that...India is being cornered by all nations because of what it is....a true democracy and it's truly unique...They Countries all around sometimes are surprised by the fact that even with their devious efforts...India is thriving...just because there are people like you who ask questions "or" make statements as common citizens that is encouraging....in making this country a "mahaan" one...I hope I have not made a fool of myself by turning this comment of mine into a speech....hope you understand...

Russia of the past was more concerned about America and hence shook hands with us Indians....and in retaliation America shook hands with Pakistan...look at the mess the Americans have made of the "shake hand"....thanks for the comment.

They are openly supporting pakistan, not silently! Providing stapled visas to citizens of Kashmir, calling pakistan invaded kashmir as "northern pakistan" ,Deploying army in PoK, stopping ADB loan to India's infrastructure, oppposing india's bid to NSG...and so on.
India is always at risk as long as china and pak are our neighbours.
Every evil power will fall.. so does china.
