Yes,because doctor is the only person in the world who can conclude whether the symptom is benign or it needs immediate management. Moreover, there is a proverb which goes 'a stitch in time saves nine'. So if a doctor is consulted in time, it may so that a catashtrophe can be avoided due to a timely intervention.

I don't believe in that before because I thought that it was just a brain-washing scheme to promote more people to cough up money to pay doctors. It was only that I was experiencing a week of chest pain that I went to the doctor to find out that a gall-stone has been dislodged in my respiratory tube. Doctor said that if I waited a few days more, I would have been poisoned. Gladly, I didn't get any major sickness since. Already wiser now, if symptoms doesn't subside in 3 days, I will consult a doctor.

HI, Yes..I do believe in Doctor. Everytime when I fall sick, I will try my home medication and if within 2 days, show no recovery signs, then I will rush to doctor for medication. I don't like to drag myself to keep eating medicines and my condition does not show any improvement. The worst is I have to get rid of the sick bugs before it gets transmitted to my dear son.

absolutely. a few years back my ankle started giving me pain, like i'd gone over on it though i couldn't remember falling, i remember taking my shoes and socks off and noticed my toes looked swollen and in a matter of an hour my ankle started looking like it was swelling. asked the missus and was told to get to hospital. turns out i had DVT, deep vein thrombosis. dunno how that happened but if i'd ignored it i wouldn't be writing this always consult medical help

I do believe in that. As a healthcare professional, i know how to contact a doctor when symptoms becomes more evident. Most people should know when to go to the doctor or the hospital, when using medications or products. It can cost your life, if you just did not mind those symptoms.
