How many cups of water should drink one day?

For me, I am not a person who like to drink much water each day.It is said that people should drink eight cup of water(300ml each cup) each day to keep our health.We knew drink water is important for our life and health. Water as a solvent, trnsporting and chemically breaking down these substances. so it's necessary source of water. Mylotters, how many cups of water do you drink each day? Do you realize it is very important and health of our body?

My Biology professor tells us that 6 glasses of water is now enough. Although I admit that I'm guilty of drinking only 3 glasses a day and I'm really disappointed for I always feel easily weakened and stressed out.

If you don't like to drink water, my suggestion is that you can choose fruits as your water source, like apple, cherry, grape etc.

yea ... i agree 8 cups is must for a healthy living .its a good practice to drink atleast 2-3 cups of water early in morning and by the time its night we should have less fluids to get a peaceful sleep

I completely agree with you. when I ate the food with salt, I have to drink much water at night, unfortunately, my eyes will hydroncus next morning. The best thing is that avoid drink much water after 21:00 pm before sleeping, it will be better for us go get a good sleep.

i think we need to drink more than we think we should. i have heard a doctor in the radio even said that we actually need to compute for our body's mass and drink according to our weight because depends on our activities for the day, we may need more than 8 glasses of water...

I think I can consume 3-4 liters of water/day. I love water specially when it is cold. It feels so good everytime I drink water. But it also depend on the situation because sometimes when the temperature is very hot I can consume 3-4 glass on a straight consumption. So I really advise everyone to drink alot of water except for the person who is having hypertension.

As advice by doctors and beauty experts, we should drink 8 glasses of water in a day. Drinking 8 glasses of water in a day is enough to make our skin healthy and dehydrated. It also cleanses our body and helps blood circulation better.

It was advised by my doctor to drink plenty of water a day, I am drinking 2 liters of water a day as much as possible. Before I also don't drink water that much but now I got dehydrated, I do drink more water as possible.
