Hello,
This is my first discussion. But I saw the Barenaked Ladies for the first time two months ago when they performed at the Calgary Stampede.
I went with my mother and thankfully it was a free concert, we just had to pay admission to the Stampede.
All was alright with the concert until a group of 20somethings did something that I thought was appalling, though I didn't see it. I should also mention that the majority of the fans at this concert were parents with kids under 18 years old age.
These 20somethings, thought that they can sneak in alcohol into their sodas. That wasn't my problem. One of the blonde bimbos in that group decided to show everybody (Including the kids) what a real barenaked lady looks like. Yes, she exposed her goodies and her friends took pictures of it. I didn't see it, but my 65-year-old mother did. I did notice that the bimbo did it, but I choose to ignore it. I don't understand why they didn't see that there were small children in the audience?
So the bimbo's boyfriend also decided to pose while touching those goodies. That's when I decided to tell them that there were kids there. That's all I said. Then the camerawoman wanted to take a picture of me, in which I put my hand to my face in refusal. But the group of drunken 20somethings did leave after I said what I said.
My mother thought that what I did was a bad idea. I didn't create any war or anything. I just thought that I might bring them back to earth out of their drunken minds.
We stayed until after the song "If I Had $1,000,000." Then my mother could not stop talking about those stupid drunk young adults. I had to tell her to stop it.
And I hope that those pictures did end up on the Internet ruining that girl who exposed herself's life.
