Do you feel pissed off everytime you see your boss? Many boss hard to say sorry, thank you, kindly . Most boss think that they are the boss so they are always right. What is your boss always look on you mistakes and never appreciate your achievements. What is your boss is slave driver? I can say that my boss is like that? how about your boss?

My big boss is a woman, so it's worse. So am I, but I hate ambitious women which lack enough qualities and manage to get to a high post. They are worse than man.
It's easy to say: "you better quit". I can't afford to do it and I only can hope for a lucky change.

That's correct most of the time. My boss used to do that to me. They think they all of the matters regarding the company of the field of expertise you may share for the sake of the company.

i can say that bosses are not perfect people. they are human beings, too, and they have their flaws. when my bosses are indifferent with me, or had said something not nice to me, i may or may not be able to retort, depending on the situation, but i will also ask myself, assess or evaluate myself, and realize my limitations. we tend to over evaluate ourselves at times, believing that we are bright when we are not, or what we did is right or good when they are really not. it actually takes an audience to determine that what we did is right because you know it may seem to right to us, and it is not for others.
after the assessment, we can make ourselves better by improving. if the boss is not able to see any good or improvement, then maybe it would be better to ask. as to bosses who are slave drivers, it really poses as a problem though we all view things differently about it.
some of the bosses i had encountered are even much worse. they just let you do your thing and not really measure your achievement. you really do not know if you are doing the right thing or not. i would prefer a boss who checks on what i am doing than just let you do your thing which can truly jeopardize everything. it is a learning process that your boss actually sees if you are doing what is right.
