Yes, I agree with you completely. Well, in my case I wont buy cheap cosmetics or shampoo, soaps, facewash which are related to my skin product. I cannot compromise my beauty ar skin damage with cheap products.

Things that you are going to have for a long time, such as mattresses and boxsprings, and the bed. These items are too expensive to have to replace sooner than expected. The better quality is worth it. I had a cheap mattress that didn't last over 2 years and 3 moves--the thing became so uncomfortable. It was about a hundred dollars for it too, and so not worth it. Other things, such as windows should be researched well and not skimped on. Energy efficient appliances with the highest possible ratings are good to have, even though they are more expensive than the others. They save money in electricity. Though I cannot afford to buy anything like that; I shop the second hand stores for appliances when they are needed. I can't think of anything else that should be higher quality, but anything that should last a long time should be the best quality one can afford, and if you can't afford it then save and wait if that is possible.

For me, its electronics especially appliances I choose branded one for security reason against fire. We can buy cheaper foods which are nutritious even medicines as long it is prescribed by the doctor, but I didn't trust those unknown electronics for the safety of my family and always out of danger. Anyways we can buy cheaper branded electronics or gadgets in any pawnshops during their auctioned time.

The think thats I will never buy cheaply is : cosmetic : I had really sensitive skin so I need to use hypoallergenic ingredient or I will find an acne or red spot in my skin. Shoes : if related with shoes, quality comes with price especially for high heels. I don't wanna a bad thing happen when I wear it.

I have a rule when I want to buy things. If it is for long term use like clothes, bags, etc. then I won't buy it cheap. Just imagine buying cheap clothes or bag then discovering a small damage because of cheap quality on the materials used on it. You have to buy another then it would just be the same as buying something expensive and of great quality. But if I can find something which has both cheap price and good quality then I would definitely grab it!
