I see others have already answered your question on how to create a task. But there is something I didn't see addressed and I feel it is even more important than how to create a task. that is the fact that tasks that are put up seeking referrals are a violation of the TOS and task guidelines, so i wouldn't put up a task that does this. the admins will just take it down.

There are many sites like mylot , microworkers , minuteworkers which has the feature of creating tasks. for creating a task in mylot you need to invest $10 and start. whereas in microworkers and minuteworkers you can start with $4- $5 depending on the task you create. minuteworkers is very cheap there you can open a task for just $3. check out all these sites.
