In our family we used to eat healthy foods or almost 90% of healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, fish and etc. 10% of foods that will make your life shorter and will cause your body prone to many illness. How about you and your lifestyle when it comes to eating the right food?

It seems some people could be trapped into preferring certain food tastes. It could be a good idea to acquire new tastes for healthy food such as Japanese? We all try to avoid saturates fats and too much sugar when we're older. I heard steaming food is a very healthy cooking method, but it seems steamed dishes are not very enticing to the palette. What do you think?
