So annoying chatter

Have you encounter this kind of chatter. You don't know that person but its irritates you really bad if he or she pings you or make contact with you? I have this chatter. He really annoy me but I don't block him because I don't block people who I add if his really not saying bad words. But I really don't know why I hate this chatter. Its just simply annoyed to what he says.

hi bulastika,
first of all i will very very less with one friend twice in week or so,but a little only,chatting will disturb our regular work of online,donot entertain him or does not give a reply to his chat,i too have received a request from another site friend,but i have not accepted his request,because it may disturb my work,have a nice day

But if I don't accept he or she will feel that I reject him or her. And I'm not that confrontal. I only confront people if they done wrong things to me. And for me annoying is not pass as wrong things. Its just a case of patience.

I have one, and she is really makes me mad sometimes. The problem is, it seems like she never think when does the right time to make a chat with someone else. She never concerns whether someone is busy with their work or not. She just chat them whenever she wants. And that is really a problem for me since sometime I got really-really busy with my job. I know her from my friend, and that makes everything really confusing. I really want to ignore her whenever she chat me but that would make my feeling uncomfortable to my first friend. I can't ignore her, neither can I remove her from my contact list. That is really frustrating...

lols. Its seem we have the same situation. lols. That what I'm talking about. Your annoyed but same time can't ignore that person. But its okay if a she. Mine is a he. So its more frustrating. I sometimes hide from him. But still I receive lots of messages. So annoying really.

Yeah I blocked also does who uses bad words. For me its a big big no no if a person uses bad words. I can argue whole day in mature manners but saying bad words is just not my style.
