http://ph.news.yahoo.com/star/20100903/tph-pnp-chief-negotiation-not-a-total-fa-541dfb4.html I think when anyone dies in a hostage taking negotiation it already failed. Am I missing something? What do you think?

If Abnoy wants to improve our country... first, as i would agree with you to have a modernized and competitive mindset so we can go toe to toe with hong kong and take their place as the best economic destination. 2. Modernize the police force, improve their training or even get the officers trained by EX-Serbian Swat teams as popularized in the cyberspace by many pinoys. Give them better equipment and also... 3. Clean up the system. If Abnoy will do his part in taking the responsibility, he better do it or else the country's tourism will fail and only he can blame himself for it.

That seems to be a very sensible recommendation. But I think "AbNoy" is a lot more appropriate than PNoy. Thanks again.
