why women ask "do i look fat in these"?

I am a wife and I don't bother to ask my husband how do I look with what. It is not that I don't care how do I look but I am confident with how do I look except when I am not sure what I am wearing or someone or something has prompted me to wear something I don't usually wear. If she asked you that, the ultimate answer is yes or no. If she's fat then tell her if not tell her just the same. But always make sure that no matter what your answer maybe, do not bring her down. Assure her that she still looks great despite looking fat or thin. Women, doesn't really give much importance if we are fat or thin but we do care if we look good enough or not.We always wanted to hear we are beautiful or desirable. That's all.:) Don't fear.:)

I am not one of these women that needs confirmation as to how I look as I work really hard and eat the proper foods. So when I look in the mirror I like what I see. Although my live in boyfriend does a great job at complimenting me, ultimately I am the one I have to please. See the way I see it is that the women that have to ask have a bit of insecurity within them and need to affirm the opposite to feel good about themselves. As every woman that looks in the mirror knows exactly what she sees.

women dont like being called fat but rather healty... my answer would be if she is becoming fat "you are healthier now"
