I actually don't know.. I've never been religious, but I'm undecided as far as what I believe in..
The funny thing is.. In school they teach us Science, but some things we learn in Science go against what religion teaches us.. So what are we supposed to think? In public schools here they aren't even allowed to teach us about religion.. I've noticed in the school I went to, maybe 1/30 people believed in God, the rest believed in Science.
I have to say I'm leaning more towards Science.. It makes perfect sense.. But if someone could prove to me there is a god, they could easily convert me right now. I just believe whatever seems to make sense.

proof?how come a "bible" will be preserve over thousand of years if god don't want it to happen? there are lots of tablets and books in the past thousand years but none of this has been preserve perfectly like the bible. if the scientist says that we evolved from primates?why are there still monkeys, gorillas, and orangutans here?they must be evolved to humans too, if we just evolved then all of our ancestor primates must a human now and there will be no primates in this world because they must be a human now. the pharaoh's in the bible if the god is not true or not all of his words are not true how come science have found the remains of this pharaohs said in the bible?the increase of knowledge in the world?how come it will be written in the bible if god is not so powerful to create us in a blink of an eye? in the bible it is also told that we will suffer plague, there will be people that will deny god because of suffering they will even go against god (the anti-christ), it is also written in the bible THOUSAND OF YEARS ago that time will come that we will eat our own kind, like the video showing the chinese eating fetus how come god has predicted it if he's not that powerful?even our lives span is also in god's hand when he wants us to die he can take our lives, that's how powerful he is.

Hey.. I was saying I'm actually undecided.. It has always been said there is no proof god is real.
Just because something is written, does not make it true. The bible isn't proof, but we can choose to believe what it says, while some people choose not to. The bible was actually created to explain things that Science can't.. Now that science is more advanced we can explain these things. I have been told this by many people.
Science says we evolved from apes, there are different TYPES of monkeys.. etc.. That's why some are still around today.
And I would just like too add.. I am saying this in the LEAST biased way, I'm not trying to convince you God isn't real, I'm just giving the realistic facts of it.. And telling you how most people think, and the reasons they have doubts.
The people who don't believe in God. It's not always because of their suffering. It's because of Science.

your question reminded me of the term paper i submitted back in college, when we were made to write which came first, the chicken or the egg. i wrote in there that God created the world, along with it the egg which then hatched and out came the chicken.
what i meant in that report is that God is the source of everything here in this universe. He initiates all things and what we call science processed and facilitated the evolution of life and things, thus we have now the fruit of science which had been initiated by God.
It's not really a matter of believing only in God or in science. The two co-exist, because it is through applied science that the Earth we now know today came to be. In that line of thinking, we must not forget that God initiated and created science as he made all things.

I believe in both. But I believe in God most. What I think is that God is a God of everything. Therefore He is also a God of Science. He is the fact and to some people, a fiction. He is everything. Searching for factual answers only means that we, human beings still have a finite mind. And we are never content. So in order to prove anything and satisfy our burning curiosity, we tend to rely on science. It's the best alternative medicine we have here on earth to cure our ever doubtful minds, even just for a while.

I believe in God. I believe in creation rather than evolution. Well then, i could say that those people who study science are wise, clever and boastful, they want to prove something to be known. This is just my opinion, and I respect others opinions too.

i think everything has az explanation. everything controlled by science. by the way i think theres something greater, who made everything (science too) but dont controll it. and maybe after we die maybe we can "meet" with him/her/it. people could controll everything (i mean science too), but we are too weak, yet. in the future we can do supernatural things, which things will be natural in that age.

The Bible says "My people perish because of lack of knowledge". At one time science said the world was flat and it later changed to it was round. The word's of science is bound to change in the next hour just like technology BUT the word of God which has been written long before you and I were born has never changed. I implore you to read the book of Revelations and you will see for yourself that that which science can never predict has already been written down. Christ said "In my name you shall cast out demons"...........If God does not exist, why then do people use His name when they are afraid or something.
God offers you something good and peaceful. Are you saying its not worth to follow such power than that which you only get misery from..........For they that believe in Him, He has giving the power to be called sons of God
I BELIEVE IN GOD THE FATHER ALMIGHTY
MAKER OF HEAVEN AND EARTH
AND IN JESUS CHRIST HIS ONLY SON OUR LORD.............
Science changes BUT God will never change.

I don't beleive that the two are incompatible at all.
it just depends on how you view deity.
I wouldn't agree that science is "not beleiving in supernatural things"
science is the exploration and search for knowledge of natural laws.
which is a different viewpoint. a scientist wouldn't necessarily say that the supernatural is impossible, rather that it cannot be proved scientifically.
when there are things science cannot prove, a true scientist wouldn't say that therefore there is no possibility. they would start trying to think of ways to test the theory and see if it can be proved one way or the other.
my religion doesn't conflict at all with science.
to me, Deity is what drives all of the forces inherant in nature.
and science is the study of those natural laws.
neither disproves the other, so for me, beleiving in Science and my Religion does not conflict. neither contradicts the other.

I will pick GOD, I believe that god created this world and every chemical. The chemical were already doing their job as god told them to react. I think we are just discovering it as it was already their , as it was already existed. We don’t believe because as we discovered it and no one told us. We still don’t know many things and that is Godly.

For me God because if not then you are arguing that the science is from God then you must believe God than ever. And one factor is you must know the name of God and in the bible his name is Jehovah God.

I believe in science, but when i come across something science couldn't explain,i believe in god. Some people often say they believe in god, which is always their pretext in order to avoid the annoying problems.Of course, there are many disciples of god, they think god is everywhere, god is powerful.Having faith is not bad.

i believe in both.
Science is an explanation of what happens around and God is the explanation of what science cannot explain.
but some studies or theories made by science that opposes God are the things i don't believe in science.
even they are two opposite things, we can believe in both, but of different weights. in my case, God is more important than Science.

According to you these are two different aspects. Like God is really the highest of all who created us and every thing on earth and i can define Him according to my faith. Science is differ from and it is obvious that without God, how does the science and technology created\. I can say that science has a fact and theory they can proof their knowledge by supporting some facts they gathered. While in God no need for any supporting facts because it is really can be possible in any angle. All of this are all according to my own opinion.

I believe in both. True science just explains what God has done. Some scientists believe in God and some don't. It's just a choice that everyone makes. God allows us to make a choice at this time. But the day is coming and very soon now when all unbelievers whether they are scientists or not, will have to face accountability for their being blinded by their own self-importance and will be made to realize who God really is.

Dear I believe in God,and Science..Science means a thorough study, on anything with some reference's ,where as our yogis did the same experience with god.Science we trust because we see,we feel, but we do not agree something beyond this.

god and science have a connection it is written in the bible that knowledge will increase and that's the science that keep on expanding and exploring the unexplored knowledge, but science do not use logic but they want evidences i don't if their pride is too high to admit that god exist because in the bible pharaoh's are mentioned and in science they found their remains, their monuments, the cities that they ruled, and even they pyramids, the only problem is that science cannot accept unbelievable things that god has made but they want a clear proof that it happens, but even their own theory doesn't have a proof but why they still believe in it?
