well, this question is a open question. Because lots of people have lots of minds and moods every time. To get at least 100 to 200 unique vistors per day, firstly, you should have an interesting topic or home page of your website, so people will enjoy the time when visiting your website or blog. My suggestion is putting vivid pictures or color match ones, which will give vistors a shock shoot.Secondly, add a website or bolg link whenever wherever you have a chance, in this situation people can have access to your website or bolg all the time. Last but not least, you should create your own characteristic in your bolg or website, and update the new staff immediately. Best of luck ~

You can tell your friends and family members about your blog. If you know someone who also do blogging then you may also visit each other blog, comment and can have link exchange. Though all these things don't work in a day or two but will definitely have better and lasting results.
Best of luck

I've got a few ways you may want to look at, or perhaps you're already in the process of it:
a. Social Networking Sites - start up a page on (e.g: Facebook) gather a dozen friends and promote your blog.
b. Online Forums - don't go around spamming on forums, rather choose forums related to your blog and post a little while on the forums. Most forums will provide you with a signature where you can promote your blog.
c. Article Marketing - if you're into writing articles, for example: you write reviews of products in your blog, you can submit those articles to article directories e.g: Ezine Articles. It gets your articles a wide audience, more attention and you'll be able to place links back to your blog.
Phew, ain't that a mouthful?
