What's your typical Sunday?

Normally, when I don't need to render an overtime for work - it's usually my general cleaning day. Even sometimes my chronic I-don't-want-to-clean-this-Sunday-maybe-on-the-next-one disorder is attacking, I do some other chores like cleaning, laundry. That would also be the time where I can cook my favorite meal for lunch or dinner. Then, in the afternoon, I go to church. After that, I sometimes go to my aunt;s house or just go to the mall to buy the things I need.
What about you, my friends? What's your usual Sundays.
Happy Sunday to all Mylotters! :D

In an effort not to duplicate I have to agree with saphrina, as I get up and log in to all my sites and work for a few hours. Then I will get for a while and wash floors, make beds and prep for dinner ideas.
Then I will come back on here and my other sites and do it all over again. I do not have specific days I devote entirely to my earning sites and or household chores as i find I have a great balance of it Monday through Sunday's as well.
I use to be the type that I picked out one day and did all the household chores to find the entire day being wasted and something still unable to attend to.
So my routine is working for me and still able to enjoy my life in other ways.

Let me begin by saying that I really really hate Sundays only coz the next day is Monday again *sigh*
Sunday goes by in a flash. Since I work whole time throughout the day, I usually do some advance planning and work to save time on week days. Then there is some personal grooming, some special lunch or dinner menu, evenings are spent going over my son’s studies and then before I can sit and relax, its dinner time…

LOL. And Sundays are bittersweet, too. I forgot to include that. Knowing the next day would be a Monday and most of us begins working on a Monday that's why we sometimes rush it all on Sundays. :D

During the summer months I have been working seven days a week to save up money for my trip, so the Sundays have been just like the other days of the week. When I don't have to work during the weekend my husband and I sometimes visit our families or friends and sometimes we drive around and visit some of the towns in our local area or one of the islands. We also like to take our dog to the beach. In the area where we live there are several beaches and other nice areas to visit.

I love the quality time you spent with your husband and dog. Walks on the beach is a relaxing feeling. I wish I lived near in the beach.

I have scheduled in everyday...every Sunday I went to church to praise and thank God for the 6 days He has given me.
Bear in mind that Sunday which is 7th day should saved for God. I mean...we should spend our time every Sunday to God alone because this is the day of thanksgiving. Glory to God Alone!

My sunday is usually my day for chores as well. I will make sure my laundry is done for the upcoming week, clean the bathrooms of the house, and anything else that needs to be attended to. Doing chores isn't fun at all, but when I listen to my ipod it's not that bad. When I listen to music I'm in my own little world and enjoying music, doesn't make working that bad. If I errands to run, I might do those as well. It's mainly getting ready for the work week all over again.

True. Music really helps a lot making it easy when you're doing something like chores and other stuff. Most especially if you let the music be played in a higher volume. :D
thanks dlaurora (i like your photo) and supreme (cool laid back guy you are... :P).

My typical Sunday now is having badminton training and after that, I'll have extra relaxation. I'll go play Flight Simulator X as I love planes. After that, it's Mylot time.

Hi,
SUnday is basically a family day for me.
That is when my husband will be at home and we have
chance to spend time together.
Sometimes, we will be out for a walk or just laze at home.
I will have to cook from breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We seldom dine out. Home-cooked meal is still the best and
more nutritious.
As for housechores, I am doing the housechores everyday,I
just need to keep the floor clean all day.
Only on weekend, then I will do ironing.
Have a fun Sunday!!

Hi, Shia. I wish I could do some chores just like any of you guys here. But most of the time, I am exhausted when I get home from work and usually just try to work my way in having my dinner then for night bath. Then go to sleep. Though there are sometimes where I go home early, I feel a little lazy in doing some chores so Sunday is sometimes a day where chores has to be all done. LOL

Sunday is a slow day for me. I like to take it easy most of the day, then I get ready for work towards the end of the day. I don't sleep in too late, I usually get up around 10 and sit in front of my tv and watch some of the stuff I recorded during the week with my DVR. My tv always has 100's of recordings on it. Sunday is usually a pajama day. I usually don't go anywhere unless I'm taking my daughter to the movies or the park. Sundays are great.

Sometimes i used to organize the house and other stuff, but almost all sunday i like to spend time with my family, we watch a movie, play around, go out to eat, go to the mall where there are playgrounds, for example today i'm going to the park with the kids. Because in the day work we do not have much time to share.

It really depends on whether I'm at our place in the city or my parent's place in the province. Hehehe. Though usually, I do my laundry during sundays, I have meals with the rest of the family, and we just stay home and watch tv, or sometimes get together with the rest of our relatives for some lunch out or in my aunt's place in the province.

My typical Sunday begins with attending church services. i can usually come home feeling better about myself and the world around me. I usually spend the rest of my Sunday with family and friends and trying to enjoy what life has to offer for the day. It is a time to reflect, relax and unwind from the hectic week.

Sunday is a day where I try and relax. Of course, trying and actually doing is two different things. It is only inevitable that I find something to do and obviously, that has to be done before I even try and sit down. Otherwise, it will eat away at me all day and it will just have to be done the next day, plus the work I have to do on that day, it will just be done on that day.
Still, Sunday, for the most part, at least in theory, is dedicated for me to sit abck and relax. In the back of my mind, I'm making a list of things that need to be done in the week ahead. However, I need to try and make Sunday my lightest day of the week. Monday through Friday, and often times Saturday, are rather hectic. Therefore, I got to sit down for a bit on Sunday.

True. Sundays usually is the day where we all finalize things for the upcoming week. Trying to jot that what-we-need-to-do to help ourselves be organized for the rest of the week. And Saturdays most is spent going out with friends or dates. :D

I go to church on Sunday morning. I used to attend the Bible Study, or some called it Sunday School, early in the morning. Then I have a practice in the choir until the Sunday Service which ended around 1:00p.m.
Typically, I have lunch in a Chinese restaurant with my family, that's what we call 'Yum Cha' in HK. This might be a little bit of a waste of time because it takes two to three hours for a 'Yum Cha', but my Mom and Dad like Dim Sum. Then a little shopping after lunch...a bigger than weekday dinner. My Sunday is gone usually in this way.
Happy Sunday to all! XD

Your parents and I have something in common, I love dimsum too. Maybe Yum cha is that delicious for you guys to wait like 2-3 hours. I should try that sometime when I visit your country. :D Thanks for the response, msabc. =)
