Right now with the tight market competition, i am upgrading my skills - continously. Like there is no tomorrow. I worked full time, i have a family and at night when everybody's sound asleep, i feel sorry for my self that i have to study. I know its my choice but i feel like left behind if i don't upgrade my skills. What do you think?

Absolutely necessary that is why I'm currently pursuing my Masters in Computer Applications. The current scenario of the IT industry is pacing upward after the recession. And currently many are upto the level of learning that I am and many more who are above me. So what matters is we find a way of doing things better than the others or atleast differently.
