Carlo Ancelotti success on Coaching the Chelsea are often questioned in media, these topic exposed in my country news paper and tells that he (Carlo Ancelotti) like to imagine his team as a cow or pig...
C. Ancelotti are Reggio Emilia citizen and raised by local farmer and gain a lot success from poultry cow and pig. "there is no holiday. Everyday you have to work because cows are not having a holiday. they work all the time twice milking a day. at six o clock and at day. at summer, when i went holiday I helped them but not at 6 o'clock". says Ancelotti.
"my dad will wake up, have a coffee and work for 2 hours with the cows then he take a breakfast. I have a good time about my early time. there are times that money are issue but life is very quite and no problems, just working"
These Philosophy lead him into one of the most successful coach in Italian serie A and Premiere League.

Interesting story you have. But somewhat reflects the life of a footballer. Training for 2 hours in the morning and maybe another session in the evening. I have read that some footballers complaining about having to have an extra training session in the evening. What they don't realise is that they are having a job which is much envied by many. Some people slog for long hours and their annual income is less than their weekly salary. So to those footballers who complained, looking at the others and you will realised how lucky you are.

Wow!! Good to hear this story. I think to be successful in any job you need to have a good work ethic. And usually this ethic gets built up in the childhood. If the children learn to work hard in their childhood, they will continue to work hard as they grow up and get into the job. And hard work definitely is one of the required ingredients for success.
Thanks for sharing the Cow and Pigs story :)
Cheers!
