Minimum is $10 dollars for instance any earning from aug 1st through 8/31 will be sent on or before the 15 of September. Anything added to your balance after the 31 of August will keep increasing but on Sept 15 you will only get what you earned if 10 or more. The rest gets carried over to the end of September and then you get it Oct 15th

It depends what you set it to. Check your preferences and then payment information. It will show what your minimum payout is. If it's not $10 you can change it to $10, you can't go any lower than that though.
