Hello,
I saw Cash Gopher advertised in a few places today and then tonight I came here and saw a banner. Ok so I bit and downloaded the program and installed. While I was on my account I decided to click on Privacy at the bottom to see what this program is all about.
Well let's just say I am MAD at MyLot. They are promising pennies a day for your consent to spy on your PC usage. Don't believe me? Read....
Our software product automatically collects information from you to enable the software's services. By installing the software, you authorize MyLot to periodically collect information such as keywords and portions of Web site addresses or complete URLs from the Web sites you visit and upload this information to our servers so that we may display targeted advertisements to you while you are connected to the internet.
Once I read that it was good bye Cash Gopher off my PC. It is none of MyLot's business where I surf. Now I need to run CCleaner and Registry cleanup to get any vestiges of the program off my system.
Just giving you all a heads up.

I am aware of what is being collected and I have no issue with it except when it comes to internet banking. I don't think I will want something running on the background and collecting my information when I am accessing my bank account. So I will definitely not accessing it with this computer.

I don't really trust this CashGopher thing. Unless it actually will pay someone.
