if you know what you want from life and a partner, you wouldnt even need to ask this.
if you DONT know what you want and what would be right for YOU..how are any of us gonna know?

If I were a man, I prefer to marry to a housewife. Usually men are much more ambitious in their careers. Their responsibilities are to afford to their families. A business woman hardly has spare time for her family. If couples focus to their careers only, then who will take care of their children? Parents are very important for children. Nobody can replace to them. So at least one of them shall make some sacrifice.
I love China

Women aren't perfect, so don't expect a perfect wife. If you want a woman who is a "servant", you will get what you ask for. She won't have an opinion, she won't tell you the truth, and she may or may not be happy with her standards of living.
You probably won't be happy with a business women or a wife with a high paying job either. They might not have time for you.
Sadly, the price you pay with marriage is that she and you are going to have to work as a unit, and if you can't, then expect a marriage that won't be successful. You both have to give your 100%.

Having done both simultaneously was very exhausting for me as I was a career woman but then I wanted to be a super-mom. I was always so tired and at times would fall asleep at school meetings and even while driving.
But I look at my kids now who are the first to say I am the world's best mom and dad. As I was a single parent.

No woman is perfect, be it a professional working or business woman or a home maker...that goes for men too..Successful relationships on the personal level are based on attitude, character, trust, loyalty, compassion, understanding etc. These traits can be lacking or available in abundance in either professional individuals as well as home makers....so there...

I dont think there is a such thing as perfect for marriage. A business woman can be good for marriage because she is the bread winner she keeps house up and maintains the finaces but does she have time for a family? And a house woman can be a good mother a good wife a good cook, but will she be happy just staying home all the time? Is she happy with her self?
