Do you have any suggestions for myLot website?

While using myLot website, I found a few things which should be improved, I am sure, there are so many people here, who have their own suggestions for myLot. Let us share our suggestions here. I will list my suggestions first:
1. As they do not allow the copy/paste option while typing a comment, they should have a "Save draft" option so that we can save our text while typing. More than 5-6 times I could not submit my comments because of this problem. If you type two three paragraphs and then it just gets lost, would you feel like typing it all again?
2. "Search" option in myLot, it searches the web by default. As a user, I have always tried to search other discussions, I feel they should make the "Discussions" as default category for search.
3. "Search" option in myLot, if you search for anything, you will not get any link to go back to your home page. You will have to use the "back" button of your browser, they should add a link on the search result page which can be used to go back to the home page.
4. "Search" option in myLot, if you search for a discussion, you will get the oldest discussions first. As a user, I do not like to reply to discussion which is 2-3 years older and the users who initiated the discussion are inactive, they should add a search criteria where we can choose whether we want to see the latest results first or the oldest.
5. I have a request also, I like the background color of myLot website, please do not change this general interface.

hi dollar I love your first suggestion as I have had four separate responces wiped out after completely typing them and hitting the back
button my response was just gone. I have retyped four times and
am now really angry as I do not know what is causing this. if I had some eay to save this as i type I would be so grateful.

I understand that, Hatley. I wish, one day Alice will read this discussion and will forward these suggestions to the myLot team. Let us hope things to be better here on myLot and yes, if you have any other suggestions, please share it here and be careful while typing any comment, I used to copy the comment before submitting it to myLot so that even if it gets wiped out, I will be able to type the same thing by looking at the already copied text which is more easier than thinking and typing everything once again.

I hope Mylot will have a cellphone version, so that it is easier for us to post in Mylot when we are using the cellphone. Today many websites also have the cellphone versions. The design will fit the cellphone and therefore it's very fast. Mylot shall think about it.

I tried opening myLot website on my cell phone, I could access the home page of the mylot website, that means it works fine on the cell phone. I am not sure if they have a mobile version of this website for cell phones.

Please clean up the list of interests. There are interests there that have no discussions under them nor a default pic. No one can browse through up until the last page, especially when it's obvious that there are interests that have been doubled or repeated. If there is no predictive text while entering your own interest, then there should be one so that no one will repeat them anymore.
And a friend look-up function. So we can search for a friend if he or she is already in mylot.

This website has many things to change to be attractive. First, I think the comment can take time, it can be more simple to quicker. Beside, the decoration is simple, it is not impressive. Second, the comment can have the more music player or videos with it so that we can share more information together. Finally, it may be not easy to open account, even it has been saved. I cannot find the way to change my avarta.

You are so right. making things simpler is always best. It is a pain to have to go through old comments and not being able to searh the right way. I hope you have luck in getting mylot to cooperate. I just want things to be easy to understand, so I can optmize how much I can earn.
