writing has always been my way of venting out. when ever i get angry i usually hold a pen and paper then start writing anything that i could think off and in a matter of minutes, its all gone.

Writing has been my favorite hobby since my high school years, and is still is. In fact, I am making some earnings online while enjoying my favorite hobby. That helps to relax and get rid of the stresses of the day to. If one receives appreciation, that further helps to value your own efforts and skills, right ?

Writing has been one of my primary outlets too. I like to pour out all my feelings. I keep a regular journal where I write everything that I've been going through. I really like going back and reading over past entries where I was going through a hard time because I can look back knowing I made it through okay... which gives me strength when I face more hardships.

Although writing can be an outlet for me I actually don't write when I am on emotional overload. I know it's like I'm wired backwards or something! I need to get things all processed before I write!

True, I vent out my feelings through writing. Mylot really helps as an outlet. But sometimes, I can't think when I am also frustrated and all that. So of course, when this happens, I cry out loud! When nobody is around. It would be embarrassing for me to cry in front of someone. But crying with someone really helps to, for some other people.

As dreamer I have found the perfect way of living in "my" world, through writing, without being accused of being crazy. So I agree with you that it is great therapy and also an amazing outlet.
