I am suddenly feeling uncomfortable with myself. Guess what the problem is? I have not visited facebook. This is always a recurring phenomenon for me. I get a bit itchy when I dont visit facebook and Qeeps. I wonder if i am the only one this happens to and how can i stop it

I used to be addicted to facebook, addicted to farmville, I had over 4 facebook accounts and I checked it every 2-3 hours. (thank god not at night!)
Recently I decided to change and I limit myself to be on the computer half an hour on a work day so I sort of quitted facebook and now I visit there only at the weekend when I don't work and when I have more time.
You shouldn't feel bad for not visiting there, it's not the center of your world or life, and shouldn't be the center of your attention and worries.
Feel good that you have life outside of facebook!

the itch is some kind of a physical symptom for addiction. you are a facebook addict. answer me, can you live without facebook? What do you do in facebook? I guess you play those addictive games.
The treatment for this is behavioral cognitive therapy and of course determination to stop this kind of addiction.

I have been slowly drifting away from facebook, too. Not because I don't like it, but it's coming down to I don't have time and that's where I stay in contact with a lot of people as well. You are not alone, that's for sure! I get a lil antsy when I haven't been on there in a while, either. Mainly because I feel like I am missing out on a lot when I'm not there.
