Yes, I do walk daily. I'm currently a university student. And I live close enough to school to be able to walk. It's something that I do. I don't have a lot of money, so it's a lot easier for me to just walk. It's kind of nice to be able to do this.

hi ajithlal I used to be since I have been here, my orthopedic shoes need replacing making it hard to walk. when I get new ones I must start a daily routine at least thirty to forty five minutes at least four times
a week.I usually walk alone as I have to walk slowly and most do not want to take that much patience with me.

i prefer walking alone since most people can't keep up with my quick pace.. i used to walk a lot. i used to live in a city where there are nice sidewalks. but then i relocated - so sad. before, i would just walk going to the mall, the bank, or the town's center. it's a good 30-minutes walk, perfect exercise if done at least 3x a week. i also saved money i would have spent riding a public vehicle.. i hope i could walk more again.

regularly, i see to it that i walk from our house to the street, after that i will ride a bus, and walk from another street to the company. That is everyday. I enjoyed walking because it makes myself healthy. about 1 km walk everyday is not bad.
I will advise you to start walking because it is a good form of exercise

I don't have a drivers license yet just a learners and my son 17 is the one that does lol sad but true....But I enjoy walking so if I'm going to the bank or corner store or just need to get out of my house for a bit away from my 17 year old and 4 year old I find it very calming to walk and it's a good form of exercise too at the same time...

I do walk every day. I think that it is a great exercise that virtually everyone can do. I try to walk 10,000 steps or more each day. My walking is usually on a treadmill but after my husband got sick, we do a lot more walking outside. I've been using walking as a form of exercise for over 20 years

I am really time restricted so I do alot of my walking on the treadmill. But at least once a week my husband and I take our children to the park and there's a trail around the park. After they all get to play on whatever part they want, my daughter loves the swings and my oldest son like to play at the soccer fields and my one years just likes to run in the grass, we always do at least two times around the trail which equals two miles.

I love to walk that and swimming are my main forms of excercise.
I am very lucky to live in an area where there are lots and lots of lovely places to walk - if I just leave my back gate I walk straight onto the towpath of the Lancaster Canal and I could literally walk for miles alongh there.
Most days though I just have a walk into the village along the towpath (around a mile) and then walk the coastal path back which comes to my front gate.
I have enclosed a photo of the tow path from my back gate where I walk to the village.

During my younger days, I walk daily to school together with my childhood friend. In the past 5 years, I enjoyed walking with my hub after office hours by the highway. It increases my stamina and a good cardio exercise. I sweat profusely and felt good afterwards. Lately though we have stopped walking and I spent most of my time sitting infront of the computer even after coming from work. Gosh! I feel lethargic at times due to less exercise and my hips have expanded sideways. How I wish walking with my hub. I just can't walk all alone by myself. I'm a talker but I'm shy when going out on a public especially walking by myself.
