What's the most painful experience you ever had? Could be physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually...Something you thought was unbearable, inescapable and very distracting...

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage stress, as it is part of life in busy world.
But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.

my husband and i decided to separate because our relationship is not doing good
and he already have a mistress
so i decided to leave home with our only daughter and stay on my moms house
but my daughter cannot accept our situation
i have to work to support her but everytime im about to leave she cries
it always breaks my heart seeing her like that
so i decided to bring her back to my husband where my in laws are also staying
my daughter is very close to my mother in law so i bring her back to the place where she is very familiar and comfortable..eventhough part of me is hurting because my daughter is no longer living with me,,my decision has given me the security that my daughter is safe and at ease with her she is.,anyways im still going to visit her every now and then and call her when im not with her and when im on my day off we can go eat outside an have fun

Physically.., the most painful experience is a my toothache.. I feel like dying.. I really have a small pain treshold.. I cannot tolerate pain that much.. and I cry easily when I am in pain.. My boyfriend will tell me that I am such a baby..=)

When my x moved to his hometown without telling me. And decided to work there for good, and causes our break up. Well, its hurt me when he tells me that hes leaving and not considering our relationship. He just let me knew about his decision when the company approved his employment. And when i asked him if i have to wait. He just said "Sorry, and he doesn't want to hurt me" it means hes didn't love me much to promise that he will come back for me.

Physically.
Previously, whenever I see an athlete on TV getting injured, I always think to myself: "I won't experience that, I'm indestructible!".
Recently, I got a slipped disc (disc herniation).
Very painful indeed. I now regret not doing warmups/stretching before doing deadlifts twice my weight.
