Fall baking?

Has anyone started yet?
I know its only early September, but where I am at in California we really don't get a summer. One of the Starbucks by my house came out with the Pumpkin Spice latte a week early so I have been sipping on those for a week. My husband finally got his pumpkin muffin today. A friend of mine brought over some pumpkin dip last night and that got my mind going. So today at the store we picked up a huge box of bananas to make banana bread with. My husband is keeping eye out for when the pumpkin patches open so that we can make some pumpkin pies.

NO, I really don't start until Oct or Nov when I start baking things for my sons school. However your comment about pumpkins reminded me that I still have 4-5 bags of homemade pureed pumpkin from last year. We bought more pumpkins than usual, so this year we won't have to buy as many, and I am already to make pumpkin muffins and pies..:)

Nope it's still 90 degrees here! I won't be baking for at least another month weather wise, health wise don't know until I see that referral dr :(
