Nobody has received a response from them in weeks. Hence they published the phone number of co-founder Mark Huhtella, to ensure people are able to get their urgent questions answered. Perhaps you could ask me the question you would want to have answered. I have more info on Kooday than the average Kooday member. Bidding has stopped dramatically due to the alertpay switch that caused some problems.

As we speak bidding frequency has gone up dramatically. Great. :) 50 dollars to go for probably having enough money to rebuy myself to Kooday Gold! Yeehee!

I agree with the people that posted above. But one thing you can do to keep working with this website is to deposit the future shares (that come on thursdays) into your alertpay. Maybe that will work. It would be a shame to give up a good money earning opportunity. At least that is what I think about kooday.

You're talking about Kooday from Trekpay? I decided against investing into the site after seeing that it involves Alertpay. Alertpay's service is slow, and unreliable. Bux.to went down because Alert Pay was too slow to accomadate its many users.

In a lot of ways, Kooday is beginning to show it's legitmacy, but there are always skeptical issues to be wary and aware of. Kooday has done a lot of things to make people happy and admitted it's customer service was flawed; however, they've acutally opened up phone lines to help. I've had great luck with Kooday and while I'm not a fan of Alert Pay, I've joined up just to keep going. This is a large hassle for Kooday to switch to Alert Pay, and it wasn't under their control. In fact, they explain everythign on the site. Go to my blog in my profile if you want to learn more or join up.
