how do you put watermark in your proofs of payment / myLot

hi guys, can you please give me an idea on how to put a watermark on the payment of proofs screen shots? i know how to do it with a word document. see here's what i did. i pasted the .jpg image in a word file then started putting the watermark. but i'm guessing this is not right. i figured something's wrong since the watermark keeps on appearing at the back of my image. anyway, i'd really appreciate your help. thanks guys, in advance. :)

there are watermark softwares out there. well the easiest to do is to do it with ms paint. first write your watermark in your desired font then cut it as a image. so if you are gonna water mark some photo you can just impose it. but ofcourse this is tedious that is why i recommend watermark softwares.
