A How to Question?

When you start a discussion here on Mylot is the only way to put it in the proper category scrolling through the hundreds of interest? Is there a more simple way that I don't know about? I was wanting to start a discussion on homeschooling my son but got frustrated by the fact that I couldn't find the category very quickly.

If you have that many interests unfortunately this is the only way.. Most people won't ever post in that many categories, so just delete the ones you don't think you'll ever post in.
I still have to delete a bunch of mine.
