Can't log into Bux3?

It's 6 September 2010 and I can't log into my Bux3 account since 3 September 2010. It shows "You may only login to a single account! This computer has already been locked to the username." But i only logged into 1 computer and i only have 1 account. Can anyone tell me why and can anyone share a solution? Thank you very much for readying. :D
